Plastic frame 4V air filter is a device that captures dust from gas-solid two-phase flow through the action of porous filtration materials and purifies the gas. It purifies the air with low dust content and sends it indoors to ensure the process requirements of the clean room and the air cleanliness in the general air-conditioned room.


Performance indicators:

I. Filtration accuracy

It refers to the larger diameter of impurity particles allowed to pass through. The key to affecting the filter accuracy is the filter element. Different filter elements can be selected according to the needs of the following components to achieve the corresponding filter accuracy.

II. Flow characteristics

It refers to the relationship curve between the air flow of the filter and the pressure drop at both ends of the filter under a certain inlet pressure. In actual use, it is recommended to choose within a range of pressure loss less than 0.03MPa. In air filters, the flow characteristics are mainly affected by the body and the filter element.

III. Water distribution efficiency

It refers to the ratio of separated water to the moisture contained in the air inlet. Generally, the water dividing efficiency of the air filter is not less than 80%. The main factors affecting the water distribution efficiency are the guide plate.

Air filters have different filtration efficiency by different concentrations.

(1) Weighting efficiency Dust concentration is expressed in mass concentration (g/m3)

(2) Counting efficiency Dust concentration is expressed as counting concentration (pc/L)

(3) Sodium flame efficiency uses sodium chloride solid particles as the dust source. The concentration of sodium chloride particles was measured by photoelectric flame photometer. The sodium flame efficiency is comparable to the counting efficiency.

IV. Filter resistance

The resistance of the new filter under the rated air volume is called the initial resistance; at the rated air volume, the resistance of the filter when the dust capacity is large enough to be cleaned or replaced is called the final resistance.

V. Dust capacity of the filter

At the rated air volume, when the resistance of the filter reaches the final resistance, the total mass of the dust particles it contains is called the dust capacity of the filter.
